1. **Confusing the entrance method.** If you use the BTB method, the entrance is always the bottom center of the Bagua. If you use the Compass method, the entrance could fall in any area. Do not mix the two systems.
2. **Ignoring missing corners.** If your home is L-shaped or has an irregular floor plan, a missing Bagua corner can cause a real-life deficiency in that area.
