Taoist rituals (commonly known as dojo or ritual practices) are divided into yang ritual and yin ritual. Yang Shi ritual includes birthday celebrations, praying for blessings and warding off disasters, dispelling calamities and resolving troubles, dispelling diseases and prolonging life, praying for peace, and paying tribute to gods and expressing wishes; The ritual of Yin affairs includes recommending advanced spirits, regulating death and life, refining degrees, and providing food. As the name suggests, the main functions of different rituals are different, and they are mainly divided into two categories: one is to pray for good luck, and the other is to dispel disasters and misfortunes.
Many believers have seen the scene of a religious ceremony, with immortal music drifting and people singing. The high skilled monk wears a lotus flower crown and a splendid robe, sometimes meditating and reciting, and sometimes practicing martial arts and stepping on the energy. Although outsiders watch the excitement while experts observe the intricacies, we are here to explore the role of ritual and scientific methods. Not all Taoists are able to ascend to the altar and practice the Dharma. Only high skilled mages who have joined the immortal realm possess the ability to communicate with heaven and earth, and can convey the wishes of earthly creatures to the gods and spirits.

Before the ceremony begins, Master high skilled who needs to write a written statement. Text is a bridge for communication between humans and gods, equivalent to letters when people communicate with each other. Inserting a document into a tube is like putting a letter into an envelope. Master high skilled established a connection with the Ancestral Master through secret techniques, burned incense and tables to report specific matters to the Ancestral Master, and ultimately the Ancestral Master made decisions and handled them.
Many people may ask, will the Patriarch agree to all requests and show mercy? Some people believe that no matter how many bad things one does, as long as they find a powerful mage to practice, they can maintain their own wealth and prosperity. In fact, this idea is incorrect. You may be able to deceive the Taoist priest into doing things for you, but your bad intentions cannot be hidden from the discerning eyes of your ancestor. Ancestral Master will not assist the tyrant in his tyranny.

At the scene of legal proceedings, if someone commits evil deeds and still tries to take risks, there is often a strong phenomenon of backlash. Mild cases can result in a minor illness or financial loss, while severe cases can lead to punishment for the Taoist priests for their incorrect conduct. Therefore, when faced with certain people and situations, the Taoist is unwilling to help. If believers want their Dharma to go smoothly, they need to sincerely repent, have good intentions, and do many good deeds.
So, as long as one sincerely repents, can one ritual make up for all mistakes? Many believers believe that after the ritual is over, all issues will be handed over to the Taoist priest and gods for handling. In fact, to get things done, the first step is to have a long aisle. The Taoist can only help you if he sees your sincerity and kindness in your heart. As for the Patriarch, whether to help or not still depends on the virtue and skill of the high skilled mage. Those who cultivate the Tao have great respect for their ancestors, and only then will respected teachers throughout history be willing to help and take more care of them. After passing these two levels, the Grandmaster will use magic to help you overcome the disaster.

Disaster mitigation is mainly carried out from two aspects:
One is to reduce the severity of the crime, including the monk reciting scriptures to eliminate some of the crimes, and offsetting the blessings generated by paying the Dharma gold to support the ancestor;
The second is to minimize the remaining crimes, with some borne by the mage and the rest borne by yourself, in the form of smaller disasters.
Therefore, not everything can be completely resolved through a single ritual. To improve the effectiveness and longevity of religious practices, one must accumulate more virtues and good deeds, and accumulate blessings. Even if this ritual solves the problem, if one continues to make mistakes, the day when the blessings and losses are repaid will be the time of disaster.

We should understand a truth: whether it is to stay away from disasters or to pray for good fortune, our own efforts and kindness are always the most important. In order to achieve your dreams and live a more fulfilling and happy life, from today on, be a person who is dedicated to goodness, actively lives, and strives hard!
