A moment of stillness is better than a moment of movement, for stillness brings wisdom; One fullness is not as good as one emptiness, the emptiness can be tolerated.<\/p>\n
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the world, one must maintain a sense of peace and tranquility, and keep an empty valley and peaceful mind, in order to find one’s own Zen joy and happiness in the chaotic world.<\/p>\n
Once one hears the Tao, after a hundred years of practice, one cultivates a calm and empty heart.<\/p>\n
Zhuge Liang said, \u00abWithout detachment, there can be no clear aspirations; without tranquility, there can be no far-reaching goals<\/p>\n
Life is not a competition about winning or losing, but a journey that emphasizes experience.<\/p>\n
Calm down and walk slowly, so as not to miss the scenery along the way.<\/p>\n
The poet said that God gave him a task – to take a snail for a walk.<\/p>\n
He cannot walk too fast so that the snail can keep up with his footsteps.<\/p>\n
But snails always can’t walk fast.<\/p>\n
So, he urged, blamed, pulled it, tugged at it, but to no avail.<\/p>\n
He was very angry and didn’t understand why he had to take a snail for a walk.<\/p>\n
Until the gentle evening breeze brushed his ear and his nose smelled the fragrance of flowers.<\/p>\n
He only realized that he was in a garden surrounded by the chirping of insects and birds, with a sky full of stars above his head.<\/p>\n
Originally, this was God’s intention, to have a snail lead him for a walk.<\/p>\n
Zhuangzi said, \u00abWhen the water is still, it illuminates the candle and beard. When the water is still still, it illuminates the spirit! The heart of a sage is still! It is the mirror of heaven and earth; it is the mirror of all things<\/p>\n
The world with a heart as calm as water is vastly different from the restless and restless times.<\/p>\n
Don’t let time rush you, and let it also rush your footsteps. Only when you have the peace of a virgin in your heart, can life have the agility of a moving rabbit.<\/p>\n
Worry is Bodhi, Bodhi is afflictions. Those who have peace in their hearts possess wisdom and intelligence.<\/p>\n
Void appearance of all things<\/p>\n
The wise man said, \u00abTo learn the Tao, one must first be humble<\/p>\n
Prejudice is too deep, and we cannot be inclusive; If prejudice is too strong, one cannot live in the same world as light.<\/p>\n
If the frog in the well did not meet the turtle, the sky would only be a few feet; If Hebo hadn’t encountered the vast ocean, the autumn water would have been the most expansive.<\/p>\n
Once upon a time, there was a scholar who believed he was well versed in Buddhist philosophy and sought out a Zen master to discuss the Tao.<\/p>\n
Before the Zen master could speak, the scholar began to speak fluently.<\/p>\n
The scholar asked the Zen master for guidance, and the Zen master respectfully brewed a cup of tea for him.<\/p>\n
I saw the tea brewing more and more, overflowing out of the cup.<\/p>\n
The scholar exclaimed urgently, \u00abIt’s full<\/p>\n
The Zen master said, \u00abIt’s full, can we brew it again<\/p>\n
The scholar said, \u00abWe can’t brew it anymore<\/p>\n
The Zen master said, \u00abIf I don’t purify my inherent views, how can I talk to you about Zen<\/p>\n
In the \u00abSouthern Inquiry Record,\u00bb it is said: \u00abThe Tao is unintentional, unintentional leads to emptiness and stillness, and emptiness and stillness lead to spiritual clarity<\/p>\n
Only by embracing emptiness like a valley can one contain emptiness; Only when the mind is not troubled can the world be enlightened.<\/p>\n
A person who understands everything always appears foolish to the public; People who are useless like to be clever the most.<\/p>\n
To fully absorb losses, humbly benefit, and tolerate all things in the world, one can fully comprehend the intricacies of Zen.<\/p>\n
In the Tao Te Ching, it is said: \u00abTo achieve the ultimate emptiness, to maintain tranquility and diligence, to work together with all things, and to observe and restore<\/p>\n
Emptiness is humility, stillness is calmness, and emptiness can tolerate and control the ebb and flow of others; Quiet can carry, leisurely watching the clouds roll and relax.<\/p>\n
